Meet the Creator
Hello, I’m Manju Jain, the mind and heart behind New Inspire Hub. With a background as a software professional and over 8 years of corporate experience, I transitioned to entrepreneurship, running my own business. Over the past 15 years, I’ve also been deeply involved in social work, actively contributing through a NGO and working towards making a difference in the lives of many.
The idea for this blog sparked when I witnessed my young son and his friends stepping into their professional lives. Despite landing well-paying jobs, they often seemed unhappy, frustrated, and uncertain about their future paths. Shockingly, many were already looking for new opportunities within just a few months of joining. This disconnect between professional achievement and personal fulfillment inspired me to create a platform that addresses the challenges fresh graduates face as they navigate their careers, aiming to guide them towards a more balanced and fulfilling professional journey.
Through this blog, we hope to share insights, experiences, and resources that can help young professionals not just survive but thrive in their careers. Welcome to the journey!
